Follow Kyle and Tina as they take a roadtrip back from California to Ohio.

So day one is all about wine country!  As you all may know, I am a huge wino, so a wine region was a must on my Cali wish list.  We went to Santa Barbara wine country and visited the Gainey winery, where we experienced a wine tasting with all the barrels of wine and then a picnic on the lawn with crackers and several different cheeses.  We ended the day with a look at the Pacific with all the surfboarders.  It was awesome! As of May 15, 2010 – We will no longer utilize the meetup.com website as a way of organizing the group. We will be utilizing facebook.com to communicate with members.

Updated blog.

A lot of work went into updating the blog (and more to come).

> Added a PROJECTS page with information on the Route 66/Security t-shirt, the Toledo Neighborhoods merchandise, and the (SOON) Farley Frog Campaign.
> Added a WHO WE ARE page with (SOON) mini bios of the cast/crew

I want to try and get information for a few other projects posted, clean up the GIFT SHOP page, and start working on the mini-BIOS.

Farley Frog is “Hoppin’ through the TOL”

FARLEY  THE FROG

A new project began this morning.  It involves this character right here -> “Farley the Frog”.  Farley makes his home in the Toledo Metroparks and is relatively new to the area.

We’re going to follow him around as he explores the Toledo area.  We’ll be taking pictures and blogging about it.  If you know of places for us to visit with Farley, drop him an e-mail – I’m sure he would love to hear from you.  Also, if you see us out and about with Farley, don’t hesitate to say “hi”.  He loves it when people take pictures with him (he’s a bit of a ham).

New Project Hoppin’ Your Way.

Okay, so this past Sunday the details (structure) were released for the new project.  I can’t say much right now what it’s about, but it’s a good one.

It’s involves a lot of “field work” so that means the crew will be here and there.  Some social networking to fans, and building a consumer base, and interactivity with this base.    We’re going to maintain a blog and produce some related merchandise.

Still looking for some graphic artists/illustrators to contribute.  Also looking to add some general help – meet new people, work on interesting projects, have some laughs.  Interested parties please contact us: typebcpg@gmail.com
